I have conducted the double pulse test on the sct070h120g3ag SIC MOSFET . and I have compared the switching loss to the datasheet of the MOSFET. The Losses of the MOSFET is 3 times more than the loss on the Datasheet .

Could you advise me if there are an explanation of the energy loss seen on the Sic mounted on the PCB which is higher than the energy loss on the Datasheet .
