Is TS912AIDT opamp unity gain stable? If not can we make this opamp unity gain stable using external circuitary or by any other way? If not can you propose unity gain stable opamp which is equivalent to above part number (should have same package)?

Yes, whereas this is not explicitely stated in the datasheet, TS912 is unity gain stable.

Howevers, as most op-amps, stability depends on the load at the output. If a large capacitive load (>100pF) is used, stability has to be checked.
