TDA7293 Bootstrap capacitor selection

I have built a circuit based on the tda7293 and it has burned instantly when connected.

I have reviewed the layout but it has no errors.

I am using Vs=36V and -Vs =-36V. The bootstrap capacitor is 22uFx50V.

Is that capacitor well chosen?

Do I have to use one with a working voltage greater than 2xVs?

Please clarify the working voltage of the capacitors in the manual.
