TSV791/2 Output Impedance
Hello, I am interested in using theTSV791/2 for ADC driver and reference buffer purposes.
The reference buffer needs to both source AND sink significant amounts of current (mA) and I am interested in the amplifier's transient response.
I did not see an output impedance vs frequency graph on the part's datasheet, and was wondering if such characterization data exists for this part?
The SPICE model simulation indicates that it is no more than 2.2Ohms at high frequency, but I would like to know if there is test data to support this simulation result.
