Using SPC572 GTM for ecu, what is the best way to stop ATOM output in critical fault?

Already tried to stop the GTM, but on re initialize the result is unpredictable.

Yes, I already run sample from http://gtm.spc5studio.com.

the problem start when the GTM loss lock event, the code then restart and reinitialize the GTM. but then, then DPLL PMT become invalid, so the function that request PMT calculation stopped working.

so I need the proper way to restart the GTM. any suggestion to reset all the GTM register without fully restart the MCU?
