could you show me the memory map of the device SPC584B60E3, what is the exact size of this divice?

 I have the memory map on page 76 of this manual,

but it is for 2M flash memory, for my device it is 1M, i have read out the  MCU ID Register #2(SIUL2_MIDR2), one value is 0Xb0004200(1M), but actually i found the flash all be programmed correctly to 2M.

the SPC584B60 has a flash size of 1MB. You can find the details within the related Datasheet at this link, at pag.129 Table 73.
