flexray config question

Hi everybody：

My Board use the chip SPC560P50L3,and my application use the module flexray, and I have some questions: I use the demo example ,2 node can communicate very well, but I use one node communicate with other cluster,no matter the channel A or channel B, I always don't recv or trans the data from the bus, the poc state always is FR_POCSTATE_STARTUP, do not enter FR_POCSTATE_NORMAL_ACTIVE, how can I do to fix it? And how can I adjust the application to adapt any cluster? OR how can I know every cluster's global config or protcol config? Is ONLY from the DEVELOPER OR manufacturer get them? OR there have some protocol I dont know?
