Freeze at configuring ATOM 3-5

Hello,

My goal is to figure out how to run 15 synchronized center aligned PWM.

I am trying to configure GTM ATOM module at custom board with SPC58EE80E7 with SPC5 studio GTM component RLA. Whenever I try to enable ATOM 3, 4 or 5 MCU freeze at startup. ATOM 0 to 2 works fine.

When stepping with debugger it fails at setting mode (gtm_atomSetMode ) in to unhandled exception. Cant find anything what could cause that ATOM 0-2 works but ATOM 3-5 doesn't.

Next thing is how to setup PWM channels as center aligned and all synchronized. Any advice?
