how can i use etimer dma

dear all

I am use SPC5 studio with a cofig of SPC560P50L3,i want use etimer0/1 caputre and put this data to dma for signal cycle is 1.5us.

when i open a new project and click “Low level drviers..�?,there i can find ICU mode maybe ​related to etimers ,but i can not find a palce to config etimer with dma.

so,i anyone help me ? thanks
