How to enable counter for emios channels 10,11,13,14(i have tried with BSL register, no use) with spc56ec64?

I AM USING SPC56EC64L8 FOR MY PROJECT. In Low Level Driver,only 0 to 7 and 24th emios channel is selsctable. we have written LLD for emios 10,11,13,14 which we are going to use. We found that there is no counter in these respective channels. i have few questions...

1.How to share the counters,(I have tried with BSL bit,which is not working)

2.emios 3 is not working . should i want to enable any other options?
