OK, maybe the information at the link provided is not sufficient.

In fact you just need to install Devstyle, which has been discussed very often here in the Community - just search for Devstyle.

Devstyle requires the installation of Oxygen:

• Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites
• add this update site for Oxygen: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/
• click ‘Apply and Close’.

Then try installing DevStyle and check if it installs fine: Help > Eclipse Marketplace --> Devstyle
