I would like to know what is procedure if a stm32 MCU has a hardware fault and we need STMicroelectronics rectify it . more over like a service.

we have spc560P board with us in which we believe a resistor has been not responding in the line . because of that we are getting a response from the board as destructive reset.

it is a SPC56 device.

You can increase the log level in PLS UDE.

it seems to be a reset escalation.
