Port Pin Configuration Problem

Hi, on my SPC5 (SPHAERO) board, i set my pin configuration on port_I[1]

But on "board.c" on board initialization component it state port_A. Anyone know why ?

One pin can multiple channels and routed to different pins. Did you have a look at schematic?

im sorry but i cant understand. what do you mean by that ? if i want configure analog channel on PI[1], but board.c state the pin set on port_A , the function will be still the same since it state the different ?
