Problem to create SPC5 application without RLA component at version 5.8

I changed my pc and install SPC5Studio 5.8. After installation i want to create application without RLA platforms. But there are only RLA platforms. How can i fix this problem.

Because all project developed without RLA. Also i can not install SPC5 HAL. I need this component also.

I try to install HAL and i retrieve this error message. Every installation, i got same message. Is there any suggestion.

if you want to install HAL on SPC5Studio 5.8.1

You have to add the 2 updates sites in the update site list in SPC5Studio

http://download.spc5studio.com/updates

http://community.spc5studio.com

there are some dependencies
