Reset line driven low on SPC58E

Hello guys,

We have designed a board based on SPC58EG40 MCU, this MCU is designed to be programmed via spc5-udestk, all the connections are fine except the Reset line which gives a value of 0.5V, even though it's pulled up to 3.3V by a 4.7Kohm Resistor.
