Good morning,

I have a techincal question regarding the Self Test Control Unit of  SPC56EL60 microcontrollers.

It seems from the documentation that the unit performs various types of self-tests for the micro, including ram memory test (MBIST). I cannot find what type of memory test the unit perform: abraham, galpalt or others? I am misunderstanding the unit capabilities?

Thanks.
