I am writing to request the "complete corresponding machine-readable source code" under the terms of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2, June 1991 for the program "openocd.exe" at path SPC5Studio-6.0\openocd\bin\openocd.exe as distributed within SPC5-STUDIO version 6.0.0 (publicly available here: https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/spc5-studio.html).
