Hi,

I'm doing a HW rework design about a board that use the microcontroller MPC5606B of NXP. I want update the design using a ST microcontroller. I have seen that this device is similar to the SPC560B60L7, but I would like to know if the 2 IC are pin-to-pin compatible. In particular, is it possible to replace one component with the other one without modify the electrical connections already present on the board?

The complete part number identified are: SPC5606BF1VLU6 (of NXP) and SPC560B64L7C6E0X (of ST).

Thank you,

Regards.

Honestly , it is the same IP for SPC560 and MPC560.

    the part number are different.

    B64 means 1.5 MB Flash

    L7 LQFP176 Pins

I recommend to use the 2 pinmap editors (1 from SPC5Studio and 1 from NXP May be S32 Design Studio)

    Best Regards
