Hi,

how can i use JTAG in ST-LINK v2 with spc5 studio for flash program mcu spc563M64 ?

Hi,

ST-LINK v2 is not compatible with SPC56 microcontrollers.

Low cost JTAG debugger for SPC56 famility is about to be release by STmicroelectronics in collaboration with PLS systeme. It will be available on line before the end of may.
