[SPC58NG] Program DCF record fail

Hi guys,

I'm using Lauterbach to program DCF record to UTEST block. After I run my cmm script, there is no error but the DCF record is not program to the UTEST.

The DCF record start address is 0x00400370, I have dumped memory and see that there is no DCF record at this address. 

Because the Flash memory programming resolution is 128 bits, thus I write 2 DCF records within 1 Flash programming operation, like this

"Data.set 0x00400370 %QUAD 0x0000003100400040 0x0000003100400040 ;"

I'm don't know what is problem, please help me to check it.
