SPC58xNx : ECC Error Injection in DFlash

My requirement is to

1) Inject ECC error in DFlash

2) ECC has to be detected, but there should not be any reset as it occurred in DFlash

What are the registers to be set for the above steps?

Note : I tried sample programs from SPC5Studio

* FCCU Test Application and

* Flash Test Application

those both didn't help me.

We have not some E2EECC example in the application wizard.

you can go to 14.10.1.2 End-to-end ECC error generation by software (RM421)
