Stellar SR6G7 OTP Programming
I would like to know some information about OTP programming in production for the Stellar SR6G7. What are the pins required to set the high voltage? I couldn't find clear information about VDD_OTP in the reference manual. According to the reference, I can see an NVMTMI eFuse with VDDINT and VDD_HV_NVM_PRG. But i think these are no the pins. Where can I find OTP Programming information? Is there any production documentation available?
