STEVAL-TTM005A : Confirming Peak-to-Peak voltage for EXC Output

Hello,

I just received a copy of the STEVAL-TTM005A.

From the documentation, if I use a 5V power supply, the EXC output should be "9Vpp".

As a quick test, I supplied the board with 5V, and fed it a 10kHz Sine Wave as EXCIN.  For the output, I see 0 to 5V on EXC+ and 0 to 5V on EXC-.

How can I confirm the "9Vpp"?

Also, if I wanted a lower voltage, 7Vpp for example to better-match the spec for a resolver that I am using, can I just reduce the 5V power supply to something lower?

Thanks!
