there is some problem in SPI config based on SPC58NN

hello guys, I want to config SPI to communicate with TJA1145 .the 4 pins are shown in the picture.

but I test the signal by OScilloscope and I found nothing in the four pin which means no meaningful signal. for example the CS pin is always high and no pulse signal in SCK pin.

I list majority signals here , could you pls help me to analysis the config and whether I miss something?

i recommend you to check the corresponding RM (reference manual) of SPC58NN.
