Unable to connect Debug_JTAG

Hi,

I'm unable to connect to JTAG to debug the ECU after having successfully flashed via JTAG.

Getting a message "Debug port fail" --> attached screenshot for more info.

I would appreciate any insight into the potential causes of this failure.
