Unable to compile QAT models with latest STedgeai

Hi Everyone,

I am currently trying to run a QAT-based INT8 model for my AI application to be integrated on the STM32N6DK570 board. During the STEdgeAI (version 2.1.0) model compilation, the process freezes around 80–90% and does not proceed to completion.

I’ve also observed similar behavior with other QAT models. Could you please confirm if this is a known limitation, or if there are any recommended steps or workarounds to successfully compile and run these models on the board?

Please find the attached logs for your reference.

Hi @Balamurugan,

Is it possible for you to share the model? in a .zip. (you can send it privately if you prefer)

It is always recommended to use the latest version of the core as it fixes bugs and add support for new layers.

Currently the 2.2 is the latest version. You could try to use it (or use the ST dev Cloud to rapidly check if you have the same issue in 2.2).

Have a good day,

Julian
