We requested FP-AI-FACEREG, but it is not sent although it's been more than a week

We have requested FP-AI-FACEREG through https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/fp-ai-facerec.html with our company e-mail address, but it is not sent although it's been more than a week.

Is this a normal process? Is there anyone having the same problem?
