Hi @Andrew Neil,

The troubleshooting team got back confirming issue was caused due to the server error that day which is now fixed. The feature should work as expected.

I've experienced this in the morning (at a different post), but it appears to have healed itself since then :)

    I just managed to Kudo your post.

    So I checked others - they are also working now.

          Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry about the inconvenience. 
          I faced the same issue with that specific reply. I have captured the needed log files for support to investigate further.

          I'll report back once I have any news.

                And now it's stopped working again for me.

                Including trying to UN-Kudo @unsigned_char_array's post above (not any reflection on the content - purely as a test of the Kudo functionality!)
