The post opens fine on my end in Firefox. What issue do you face?

Isn't the title "Useless scrollbar" clear enough? ;) The screenshot shows a useless vertical scrollbar for the particular post (not the page). It doesn't do anything useful, just scrolls for a few pixels and takes up space.
And here is another completely useless one from the private messaging page, which shows up in all browsers:
By the way, the whole page looks like some "scrollbar paradise"...
The scrollbar allows to move the area some few more pixels. But only empty space is exposed. Probably there is the missmatch between the area calculations for the text area in the outer canvas.
