How to write nvm on the TESEO III ?

I want to save positioning data on the flash memory of the TESEO III chip (STA8090). Is there an API documented on how to write and read data on the flash ?

The last known position data is saved and managed internally in the GNSS algorithm.

While the history of position data can be logged using the Datalogging SubSystem.
