TESEO-LIV3F can't find any signal

I am currently using the Teseo-Liv3F GPS module. I designed my print as mentioned in your UM2231 User manual Teseo-LIV3 GNSS Modules - Hardware Manual. The GPS antenna is currently underneath the Teseo-Liv3F

Unfortunately, when I use Teseo Suite software, it tells me that the module can't find any signals and I don't know why.

I suggest you measure the actual voltage input pin to the module for the correct voltage level.

Do you see NMEA Stream on the UART (@9600)? Is the PPS pulsing?
