TESEO LIV3F No GPS coordinate

Hi, I am trying to get GPS coordinate with my PCB, which has just TESEO LIV3F. I connect the RX and TX of the TESEO LIV3F to RX,TX of arduino uno. I can see the NMEA information in my serial port put i couldn't get any GPS coordinate. I have attached the schematic. I am using Power Switch TPS22943DCKR. I am just connecting RX and TX of TESEO LIV3F to arduino but i have also ANT_off pin in the board which i dont know if it should be connected. measure the RF Vcc voltage and it's 3.3v. I am using active antenna

​Hi,

Teseo-LIV3F seems working.

The issue you have is that RX level is too low (like when the antenna is not connected).

Please check if the active antenna is well supplied and in sky view.
