What Options do I need to check on CubeMx if I only want the driver, the gnss library and the parser to do just basic stuff and start from scratch?

I am confused on what to add just to have the minimal function to read from the serial port the messages..

I am choosing this...

but i get duplicated pins.. not sure why

to just enable the Driver and the Parser lib, you should check the "Board Extension" and the "Data Exchange" (Basic Interface, LibGNSS, LibNMEA) boxes.
