Hello, in the application-note(AN5851) of the VL53L4CD ToF Sensor there was a graphical tool used during the experamnet under the name "STSW-IMG039_L4CD", when i search for it now, i can't find it on ST-Website. Is there any replacment for this tool(or can be downloaded from any source)?

Yes, the software is still available, has not been removed and is on the website.
If you search for "STSW-IMG039_L4CD" on st.com or your favourite search engine, you will be taken to the website of the software package STSW-IMG039. And right there you can download both STSW-IMG039_L4CD and STSW-IMG039_L5CX below.
