VL53L1X: How do I calculate the ROI settings for a specific size field of view at a specific distance?

Let's say I want to limit the field of view to be 200mm wide at a distance of 1500 mm.

Can I do this using the ROI settings?

If so, how do I calculate what my ROI settings need to be?

Well today I found the App note AN5191 "buried" in a sub-folder of a library class. I think this will answer my questions, but I would welcome any additional experiences the experts on this forum may have.
