BlueNRG-2 ADC accuracy and drift

Hi.

We are trying to measure analog values using BlueNRG-2.

We want to calculate the accuracy, but we can't find any description of accuracy or drift for Vref (0.6V) or adc in the datasheet.

Are there any reference materials or data available somewhere?
