How can i modify the configuration of Generic Access (0x1800)e and Generic Attribute (0x1801) services ?

add characteristic and change permissions

please find in attachment actual configuration (by default) and the target config

when i try to change permission with aci_gatt_set_access_permission, i received BLE_STATUS_NOT_ALLOWED

and when i try to add a characteristic with aci_gatt_add_char i received BLE_STATUS_OUT_OF_MEMORY
