BlueNRG-LP can not run to main function

Recently I started to use the BlueNRG-LP,and I choosed BlueNRG345AC。I designed a PCB based on the STEVAL-IDB011V1.

I try to run some example code on my design with KEIL MDK-ARM.It just totally dosn't work.the debugger is CMSIS-DAP,and I found everytime it runs into a "PUSH"instruction,it runs into stuck,no responding。A few moments later,the IDE shows some message ----" can not access memorry @0x2001xxxx"

I tested the work curren tand the 1.2V core voltage,they are all good.I can download succesfully,but it just dosen't run.

I dont know what to do next,I think I missed something,Can you give me some advice?

(I wish I can put some pictures ,maybe I can describe more specificlly,but I dont konw why the picture dosen't display)
