BlueNRG-X Flaher utility v4.1.0 can't connect the target with STLINK-V3MINIE. Is the STLINK-V3MINIE released after the BlueNRG-X Flasher utility V4.1.0?

I can't find the latest BlueNRG-X Flaher utility. What's the software can be used if the tool is STLINK-V3MINIE?
