Build Gateway use BLUENRG-M2SP and S2-LP

I want to build a gateway that supports BLE and subGHZ frequencies (433 and 915MHz). Is it possible to use BLUENRG-M2SP and S2-LP, or do you have a better solution?
What software I can use, STSW-BNRG-S2LP and X-CUBE-SUBG2 or anything else?
