Question

Do you need an antenna for the SPSGRFC-868 RF module?

Hey everybody. I am new to RF modules and was wondering if you need an antenna for the SPSGRFGC-868 RF module to work. I am working on a vagus nerve stimulation system for my university. Long story short, the VNS system has an implanted pulse generator that needs to be programmed wirelessly. So I was thinking about using a RF module to program the implanted device with a programming wand. The thing is, I want to be able to use the RF modules without the antennas. The antenna is not supposed to be on the body and would take too mucho space.

Sorry for the long explanation, thanks in advance to all :)

Possibly you will need SPSGRF-868 (without C) instead.

SPSGRFC comes with an U.FL connector for external antenna, while

SPSGRF comes with an on-board antenna.

Does the same code for SPSGRFC work for SPSGRF?
