hi i have question about usage, could you help me and give me these:

Full datasheets for STiD337; Full datasheets for the evaluation board for STiD337;

It is with great regret that I have to inform you that these devices were completely discontinued a long time ago and therefore neither documentation nor software are available. The STiD337 might be still visible on the website, but this is a mistake. You could only find it anywhere in the archives of the internet.

I'm sorry I can't give you a more pleasant answer.
