How to bootstrap profile to eSIM chip

I am currently working on a project to use eSIMs for electronic meters.

Can you show me how to bootstrap VNPT's profile to your eSIM chip? (VNPT is a major telecommunications corporation in Vietnam)

currently the ST4SIM provide connectivity with some MVNO like Truphone and Wireless Logic for global connectivity.
