How to keep the selected GPIO awake during BlueNRG-LP deep sleep?

Hi,

I have two GPIO pins on BlueNRG-LP connected to the reset and CS on a potentiostat device. The reset and CS need to be kept high during BlueNRG-LP deep sleep mode. Just wondering how to keep these two pins active while the BlueNRG-LP is put into deep sleep? I was thinking to set them as wake up sources, but do not know how to set multiple GPIOs as wake up source.
