Perhaps download again and/or disable antivirus.

Tried to download with different browsers and unzip applications. I don't have antivirus. Also on Linux machine says that it is corrupted.

Any chance to get it fixed or do I have to emulate it on Linux?

Hello,

I don't know who is in charge of this software, maybe @Sebastien DENOUAL who answered some BluNRG questions in the past knows somebody who knows...

I can confirm the same issue on my laptop. Tried using windows computer to unzip but had the same failure. Windows version of WiSE-Studio is working perfectly okay.

Hi All,

@Mike_ST , @LeeS , @SZuer.1 , @TDK

I just got confirmation that The WISE MAC download should be ok now.

Thanks to all for highlighting this issue.

Regards,

Sebastien.

@Sebastien DENOUAL

The WISE MAC zip file can be extracted properly, but could not be opened (corrupted file). Can you check to see if this is an issue? I'm trying to run it on M1 Mac (with Rosetta 2 installed). I will try to run it on an Intel machine to see if it makes a difference and report back.

Hi,

From my latest test it was OK - based on new file downloaded today- I do not have immediate access to a MAC on my side for a new test.

Please let me know result of your test on Intel machine. If still KO, please share maximum of details on error message and I will check to establish link with relevant Team.

Thanks for your understanding.

Regards,

Sebastien.

Hi Sebastien,

Just confirmed on an Intel machine and it had the same issue. Below are the steps I used to try to open the file.

  1. Extracted en.STSW-WISE-MAC_v1.1.0.zip to wise-studio-1.1.0.dmg successfully.
  2. Double clicked on wise-studio-1.1.0.dmg which then mounted the a virtual drive called WiSE-Studio_Install.
  3. Copied WiSE-Studio.app on virtual drive to Applications folder.
  4. Went to Application folder, right clicked to WiSE-Studio.app and chose Open.
  5. An error popped up saying "WiSE-Studio.app is damaged" (see attached).

Having this same issue with the 'damaged and can't be opened' message on an Intel Mac running macOS Monterey V 12.2.1. I was stoked to see WiSE Studio Mac version released, hope that it can actually be used

Can someone help with opening Wise-Studio on Mac after all? Please find the attached video with the issue (basically app "opens" and stays in the dock).

Chip: Apple M1 Pro

OS version: Monterey (12.4)

Many thanks,

Warm regards,

Pavel

I've just raised a separate question for this (can be found here). Feel free to ignore/delete this comment to avoid confusion (I can't delete it myself)
