I want to use the OTA function in STM32G081rb using GSM Please share with me the link which is related to that, tell me what are hardware changes need to be done for that OTA functionality.

You'd need to implement the OTA/IAP on the STM32 side, and pull data via the GSM modem, FTP or HTTP for example

For the Modem to do OTA on it's own firmware, you'll have to read the manual and determine the AT commands, sequences, etc to check and initiate that. Often an FTP to a modem side file system (NAND, eMMC)
