My STEVAL-IDB011V1 board Unable to download firmware

When i use WISE Studio Build the demo project, Then Run;There comes the problem.My computer can recognize the board.

Also The BlueNRG GUI Tools can read DK Serial port .But can not Successfully connected.

​There also the BlueNRG-LP Navigator tools.I don't know why this problem occurs.anybody have any idea?

May I suggest to check if CMSIS DAP is properly installed

Can you try below steps?

• Reflash USB_CMSISDAP_LPS.hex
  • Remove USB cable
  • Press and keep pressed reset button while you plug USB cable
  • Board will appear as "Maintenance" in your Windows folder
  • Drag and drop USB_CMSISDAP_LPS.hex present in SDK (ST\BlueNRG-LP_LPS DK 1.2.0\Firmware\USB-CMSISDAP)

Then you should be able to use

• The Navigator tool to flash the DTM UART binary that will allow to use the GUI
• RF flasher or your IDE to flash tour own binary.

thanks for your suggestion. i have tried Reflash USB_CMSISDAP_LPS.hex, it's ok. Then, when i flash the binary. there also something wrong as  I described before. Howerer, When I jump wire to another same Blue-NRG-LP chip, also use DAP for downloaders. WISE Studio can normal flash the binary. So, maybe something wrong with my BLE chip.
