no stm32 target found while connect st link v2 to target

we are trying to program a hex file by using st link v2 programmer in cube programmer getting follow error.

no stm32 target found.

also I updated the firmware.

the target board is working with another st link.

from not working st link we are getting TCK but TMS not getting.

may be what is issue ?

Tripple check wiring, try connect under reset, try other debuggers or debug-programs for the stlink.

we checked with other stlink programmers and working fine.

we tried under reset mode only and all wiring has fine.

The failing ST-LINK is a dud?

Could be damaged at connector or cable.

Try a lower connection speed.

What type of STM32?​

we connected with 240kHz low speed only.

cable is working fine.

we tried with stm32h750 MCU.

here which connector we need to check ?
