S2_LP SMPS inductor

Hi,

We want to use the S2-LP with embedded SMPS enabled. The recommended inductor value is 10uH.

We need to lower the inductor value. I have read  that it would be possible to reduce the inductor value to 2.2uF in  the AN5246

Would this be valid also for the S2_LP transceiver?

Hi, 

no 2.2µH coil can NOT be used for S2LP transceiver SMPS block. It is not the same design than WB MCUs.

You MUST follow the characteristics described in S2LP datasheet:
