SPSGRF-868 alternative

Hi,

We recently saw that SPSGRF-868 (https://www.st.com/en/wireless-connectivity/spsgrf.html) has become Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND), which seems concerning as we use it in many IoT designs.

Is there any ST module available, with ACTIVE status and similar characteristics (868 MHz, integrated antenna, all-in-one-package) with SPSGRF-868 ?

I could only find S2-LP and SPIRIT1 ( which SPSGRF is based on ) for 868 MHz communication, but they are plain RF transcievers and need many external components and further analysis for antenna. What would you recommend ?
